I had a quick stay at a hotel in the heart of the city and it was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Great location, walking distance from ferry and main road with restaurants, shops, and golf car rental. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. Comfortable room with air conditioning, fan, and hot water shower. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the middle of downtown. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Playa Mujeres. The staff was helpful and respectful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, which was great for the hot weather. Additionally, there were plenty of closet space and a large bathroom. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a restaurant downstairs that served delicious food. The hotel's location right on the main street allowed me to easily explore the shops and restaurants in the area. this hotel provided a convenient and comfortable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and everything you need. The rooms are spacious with big bathrooms and balconies. The rustic look adds charm to the place.
There is noise from construction work on the roof at 5 am, which can disrupt your sleep.

Clean and comfortable rooms with nice king size bed and good AC. Great wifi and TV with Netflix. Convenient location on the main tourist strip, close to restaurants and stores. Clean beach towels available for rent at the front desk.
Some street noise in the morning and early deliveries from nearby restaurants. the TV in the room didn't work and there was no fridge.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was amazing - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a central location in the city center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were nicely decorated with a touch of Mexican flair, and I loved having a small balcony to enjoy the view. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.
All in all, everything was great - no improvements needed!
